Lead Pastors - Karl and Kathi Barancik Karl Barancik communicates in a way that speaks to today's culture. Karl focuses on how to apply Christ's teachings to our lives, so we can each experience God's incredible purpose each and every day. Both Karl and Kathi love travel, health spas, and hanging out with their children and grandchildren. Karl loves golf, rock and roll, and Starbucks. Kathi loves reading, developing children's programs, and not golfing with Karl,hmm! Oh, and she likes Starbucks too.

Teaching Pastors - Christopher and Tabitha Blue  Christopher and Tabitha are helping high schoolers discover "who they are"and helping them develop a strong God life as Student Ministry Coordinators. Christopher, is one of our Teaching Pastors and leads worship at our weekend services. Tabitha is our in-house graphic designer, is involved in the weekend worship and is also a spokesmodel for Mistubishi Motors all across America. She knows God needs people everywhere and enjoys every opportunity to share God's goodness in the marketplace. Evangelism Pastors - Richard and Edith Blue They keep a busy schedule training and ministering in nursing homes, prison ministry, hospital visits, and now reaching and starting church works in Brazil.  Richard and Edith are proud parents of 5, grandparents of 8 and great-grandparents to 1!  With 45 + years of marriage and ministry together they have a lot to offer the body of Christ.  They love to fellowship with friends and family.  Pastor Blue loves a good game of ping-pong or horse shoes and both love outdoor barbeques.  Golfing is a hard to find pastime, but loved none the less.  Their main heart and call to the ministry is reaching the lost with our savior Jesus and helping them develop a strong founded God life.

Children's Pastors - Chuck and Becky Siglow  Chuck and Becky have been with Faith City Church right from the "get go."   Both enjoy children's ministry and have been working with children for about 20 years.  Both also were became followers of Jesus Christ working for GM in Flint.  Becky really loves children's ministry and can't imagine doing anything else with her time.  She also plays piano and watches war movies in her spare time.  Chuck really likes  golf and basketball. It is our pleasure to have their gifts as a part of Faith City Church. 

Marriage Pastors - Bruce and Kay Haist  Bruce and Kay Haist, both graduates from Christ from the Nations ('84), have been in ministry for over 24 years. Looking for a curriculum to help ground couples in the Word and build strong marriages, they were instrumental in developing the curriculum currently used in all Faith City marriage classes, "Covenant Marriages".  After 34 years of marriage their favorite thing to do is spend time together. Bruce enjoys softball, football and is interested in the history of world paper money. Kay likes to read and try new recipes to surprise Bruce.

Family Financial Counselors - Mike and Vicki Duff  Mike and Vicki love to help people reach freedom from debt.  They have such a passion to see the body of Christ set free from this curse.  They have been faithful in building and attending Faith City for more than 10 years.  God is using them to bring freedom and joy to all they come in contact with.  Mike and Vicki also love to fellowship and dine out with friends.  They oversee and direct fellowship events with the joyful seniors group here at Faith City.  Their trips include theatre, dinners and and other local venues with the SON Rays living up the God life and enjoying company of others.
